I helped build an online portal for my client in order to solve the problem of data centralization and allow access to digital resources for the company's customers. Managed a team of two developers.

With Covid -19 numbers increasing and transition to a virtual work setting, more and more customers and staff demanded digital resources that enabled them to better track all projects, share documents, create tasks for other team members and more.

The portal enabled internal and external users to receive and provide most feedback and create a higher quality of work.

In addition to my primary goal to build a portal, I achieved improvement in organizational processes in leading the transformation, assisted the leadership to reshape company’s internal and external resources through communication and to refine their customer service practices.
